newly built MFV which sank in 1977 and the Alfred Earlandsen a 954 tonne
costal steamer which sank in 1907 can be found here. Due to the rocky
pinnacles that rise sharply out of the water, dives are only recommended

A tunnel which cuts through
the headland just to the North of St. Abbs lighthouse. The walls of the
tunnel are covered with Dendrodoa sea squirts, small and red in colour as
well as a type of bryozoan called Clathrina. Some red and white scorpion
fish can be found too. |

sunk in 1917. It's cargo of peanuts lends it the name of the Peanut Boat.

steel steam driven fishing vessel which sunk in the 1920's after stricking
the rocks in thick fog. All that remains are the boilers and bits and
pieces. |
