During his visit to Palau with his research vessel the Calypso, Captain
Jacques Ives Cousteau described Big Drop Off as the best wall diving in the
world.
While diving there, you’ll understand why. A sheer wall with an amazing
formation of soft and hard corals. A healthy population of reef fish creates
a dive site that divers want to repeat again and again.
The best of Big Drop Off lies relatively shallow 7-50’ (2-17m) which makes
it an excellent snorkeling area. Big Drop Off is one of the best night
diving spots in Palau. |
